Here’s what you’ll find:
📝 Tasks
This is where you’ll see all requests from your client. Each task may ask you to upload a document, fill in a form, or both.
How to fulfill a request:
Upload a document → Click on the upload field or drag & drop the file.
Accepted file formats → PDF, JPG, DOCX, XLSX (and more).
Linking documents → Sometimes you’ll need to connect a document to the materials you supply. Simply select the relevant material(s) when prompted.
📊 Details
The Details page gives you an overview of your company’s profile and current requests.
See how many tasks/requests are still open.
Review and update your company information (use the ✏️ pencil icon at the top right).
Check the contact persons from your client’s company. You can add extra persons at anytime.
⚠️ Please note: If you grant a colleague access to the self-service, they will also receive reminder emails.
📂 Documents
Here you’ll find an overview of all documents you’ve uploaded in the past.
You can reuse documents for new requests if they are still valid.
No need to upload the same document multiple times.
⚙️ Other Helpful Features
Help → Use the button at the bottom right if you need support. You can contact the Vendorvue team or your client’s contact person.
Language settings → Click your name at the top right to change the platform language.
⚠️ Please note: Some forms can only be filled in English.
