How To Use Vendorvue

Welcome to Vendorvue! Here you'll manage requests, upload documents, and keep your company details up to date

Here’s what you’ll find:


📝 Tasks

This is where you’ll see all requests from your client. Each task may ask you to upload a document, fill in a form, or both.

How to fulfill a request:

  • Upload a document → Click on the upload field or drag & drop the file.

  • Accepted file formats → PDF, JPG, DOCX, XLSX (and more).

  • Linking documents → Sometimes you’ll need to connect a document to the materials you supply. Simply select the relevant material(s) when prompted.


📊 Details

The Details page gives you an overview of your company’s profile and current requests.

  • See how many tasks/requests are still open.

  • Review and update your company information (use the ✏️ pencil icon at the top right).

  • Check the contact persons from your client’s company. You can add extra persons at anytime.

⚠️ Please note: If you grant a colleague access to the self-service, they will also receive reminder emails.


📂 Documents

Here you’ll find an overview of all documents you’ve uploaded in the past.

  • You can reuse documents for new requests if they are still valid.

  • No need to upload the same document multiple times.


⚙️ Other Helpful Features

  • Help → Use the button at the bottom right if you need support. You can contact the Vendorvue team or your client’s contact person.

  • Language settings → Click your name at the top right to change the platform language.

    ⚠️ Please note: Some forms can only be filled in English.


✅ That’s it! With these tools, you can easily stay on top of requests and keep your information up to date.
