The dashboard is the central hub of your Vendorvue workspace.
Here, you can track the performance, engagement, and compliance progress of all your vendors at a glance.

You’ll find five key panels that provide a real-time overview:

  • Top Left: Vendorvue Compliance Score

  • Top Right: Vendor Portal Activation

  • Bottom Left: Non-Responsive Vendors

  • Bottom Center: Current Compliance Score

  • Bottom Right: Vendors Without Contacts

📈 Vendorvue Compliance Score

This graph shows the evolution of your vendors’ overall compliance score over time.

Small fluctuations are normal, especially when:

  • You submit new document requests

  • A new batch of vendors is onboarded

No need to worry if the score dips temporarily.
Vendorvue continuously guides vendors to upload the necessary documents so you can reach that perfect 100%

🌐 Vendor Portal Activation

This panel shows which vendors have:

  • Logged into Vendorvue

  • No contacts assigned

  • Been inactive for a while

Tip: You can always update contact details via the Vendor tab to keep things moving

💤 Non-Responsive Vendors

Here you’ll see the number of vendors who:

  • Have pending tasks

  • Haven’t responded or logged in

Consider reaching out to give them a little nudge. Vendorvue handles the reminders, but a personal check-in can help.

✅ Current Compliance Score

This score represents the percentage of:

Approved documents divided by total required documents across all vendors.

Aim to keep this number as high as possible. Vendorvue does the heavy lifting, but your follow-up keeps it moving

👥 Vendors Without Contacts

No contact = no magic.

If vendors are missing contacts, Vendorvue can’t send requests or reminders.
Make sure each vendor profile includes at least one contact so the compliance flow can begin.
