Hi, Need to fill in a declaration of origin for your customer?

There are 4 ways you can easily add the countries of origin for the materials you supply.

1. Indicate the countries of origin manually

For each of the materials listed, you can indicate the country of origin in the dropdown on the right

2. Apply a country of origin in bulk

By using the select boxes on the left side, you can select all materials at once (or select a subset) and apply a country of origin in bulk.

3. Download the list of materials to excel and re-upload with their country of origin

You can also download the list of materials to excel. The excel files includes the ID's that both you and your customer use.

If you have your own list of materials in excel, you can use a formula like VLOOKUP to fill in the countries of origin for the materials in your vendor's excel sheet.

Or you can simply use the excel file to update the countries of origin manually.

Make sure to:

  • always include the internal ID of your customer and the reference ID

  • list the countries of origin with their two letter ISO code

4. Upload your own excel file

Similar as step 3, but instead of downloading the list of materials first, you can upload your own list of materials to the portal too.

Important to know:

  • Make sure to include the external ID, that's the only way to link your uploaded materials to the materials your customer requested

  • Make sure to only use the two letter ISO code for the country of origin. You an find more information on the two letter codes here.
