❓ Why Didn’t a Vendor Receive a Task I Expected?

If a vendor did not receive a task or request as expected, it’s likely due to one of the following configuration issues:


🔍 Common Causes to Check

  1. Missing Group Assignment
    Ensure the vendor is part of the correct group that the request is targeting.

  2. Incorrect Custom Details
    Double-check that all relevant custom fields (e.g. location, category, certification type) are filled in accurately.

  3. Materials Not Linked
    Make sure all applicable materials are properly linked to the vendor. You can review and manage this under the “Materials” tab on the vendor’s profile.
